Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation of your order directly from your customer account online. Alternatively, you can contact us at himmelsinfo@gmail.com to initiate the request.To make a change, you need to follow the same steps as a return by contacting us at himmelsinfo@gmail.com and specifying which new product you would like to exchange it for. Please note that the new item will not be sent until we receive the original product in perfect condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the new delivery.
